1st ever STUDIO GARAGE SALE this weekend

This Sunday we'll be holding our first ever studio garage sale. We've had a lot of requests over the year from people wanted to "drop by" and shop for Christmas and now that my markets are almost finished for the year we're finally able to hold this sale i've been wanting to hold for such a long time.

It will be huge, there will designs from my popular Steampunk collection for sale at discounted prices, and most other jewellery pieces will be at wholesale prices or less!!!!!. They will be plenty of funky new homeware, handmade baby and kids items made by my wonderfully telented sister Jodie, plus studio samples at give-away prices.

The sale will also include vintage fabric, craft items, jewellery making supplies, assorted vintage wares, vintage clothing, plus a slection of "standard" garage sale item.

Don't miss out - the sale runs from 9am-5pm this Sunday the 19th only (please no early birds!!)

A Table for Two

This weekend seems to be the weekend for the annual church and school fates. Today the local Catholic Church held there's. Outside the church hall , as always was the $2 sausage sizzle, with it's under-cooked snags, blackened onions and ice bucked of salad dressings, whilst inside could be found an aray of secondhand goods, old books, baked treats and tables of mysteriously labeled "potted plantings".
This year, running in a shed just behind the church was a nifty little garage sale, selling some really nice old furnishings and homewares. I was quite chuffed to find this cute little garden chair. Now my outdoor settings has a place for two, replacing a chair which was stolen when i still lived in South Yarra some years ago. Very Nice!!
